Have you ever wondered how you can support GBW PTA without physically volunteering at school or at a PTA event? Just to make sure you are aware we have made a list of ways to donate to the PTA!
Employee/Employer Contributions
Some employers donate to a child’s school for the number of volunteer hours a person logs at a school. For instance, ExxonMobil has a wonderful
matching program. Please seek more information through your job/company to see if they have such a program at school!
You can earn money all year by ordering online from Sally Foster. All items earn GBW 50% profit.
- Go to www.sallyfoster.com.
- Choose the items you wish to purchase.
- Enter the school code under "Group/Account Number" section.

Labels for Education & Box Tops for Education
Boxtops
Every time you purchase an item at the grocery store and you see this label, cut it off and send it into school with your child. Each label will earn our school 10 cents! It adds up quickly.
Campbells
Check out Campbell’s foods such as Goldfish crackers, soups or juices, clip the UPC code and send it to school. We earn several points for each UPC Code! For more information and a list of products go to www.labelsforeducation.com.
Once you have collected several boxtops,
place the labels in an envelope marked “retail fundraiser” or “boxtops” and have students place them in the “Labels For Education” bin at the front door or give it to their teacher to be sent to the office. For those who would like their student to have a chance of being recognized and receive a prize, put both the student’s and teacher’s names on the envelope and it will be placed in the monthly drawing!

A+ BonusBucksSM
Go to Giant and sign up for their Bonus Bucks so that every time you make a purchase at Giant, Greenbriar West, receives a donation! When you sign up, designate Greenbriar West using our school code ID# 1904. Right now we only have 83 families that have designated GBW as the recipient….Add yourself, ask your neighbor, or other friends! Our Year to Date from Giant Bonus Bucks is $841.84!
All you have to do is fill out the Designation Card below and do one of the following:
- Return this form to school through your child’s class and we will enter your information
- Drop it off at any Giant store
- Log on to www.giantfood.com/aplus to designate on-line
- Dial 1-877-366-2668 to designate over the phone
After you designate our school, each shopping trip at Giant using your BonusCard earns CASH for our school! Each month, the amount of CASH awarded will be updated on the Giant website. Our school will receive a check at the end of the program. The money can be used for any of our school’s educational needs.
Remember, even if you designated last year, you must re-designate this year for our school to receive credit. Attending to this simple process makes a HUGE difference to our school. We need your support.
Please be sure to designate Greenbriar West Elementary School using ID # 01904 on the Designation Card.
Also, don’t forget to encourage your friends and relatives to do the same. It could mean the world to our children.
